Money Back Guarantee Eligibility

1.1 Hosting Plan
Our Money Back Guarantee applies to our single hosting plan at £10/month or £100/year. You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your purchase.

1.2 Exclusions
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to domain registration fees, additional services, add-ons, or any fees paid for website design or customisation.

Deductions from Refund

2.1 Domain Registration
If you received a free domain name with your hosting plan and request a refund, the total cost of the domain registration will be deducted from the refund amount. The deducted amount will reflect the standard domain registration fee for the specific top-level domain (TLD) associated with the domain name.

2.2 Free Website Design
If you claimed a free website design service with your hosting plan and request a refund, a deduction of £50 per page will be applied to the total refund amount. The deduction is applicable to each page designed as part of the free website service.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at hello@webpower.uk within the applicable 30-day refund period. Please provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Amount
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund based on the eligible amount, after deducting any applicable fees as specified in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of the refund request approval.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

• Cancellation of services after the specified 30-day refund period has elapsed.

• Termination due to a violation of our policies or improper use of our services.

Modifications to the Money Back Guarantee Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Money Back Guarantee Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
